Who can play: Adults, mostly men aged roughly 35 to 65, all experience levels welcome

A 6am start, so you're done before work
A structured warm-up before any basketball gets serious
Adult skills training in shooting, passing and movement
A light social game where participation beats the scoreboard
Coffee afterwards with whoever can stay

Before you come

What a Friday Hoops session looks like

Arrive a few minutes early and say hello. We warm up together, spend time on basketball skills and drills suited to the group, then finish with a light social game. Nobody is tracking your stats. Afterwards, whoever can stay grabs a coffee.
