Warm up. Train. Play. Coffee.

We don't just turn up and start playing.

Friday Hoops has a simple structure designed for adults who want to keep enjoying basketball. We start by warming up properly, spend time working on basketball skills, then finish with a light social game.

Because we aren't 20 anymore. And that's kind of the point.

  1. 01

    Warm Up

Get the body moving before the basketball gets serious.

  2. 02

    Train

Work on shooting, passing, movement and the skills that make the game more enjoyable.

  3. 03

    Play

Put it together in a light, social game where participation matters more than the scoreboard.

  4. 04

    Coffee

Cool down, catch up and enjoy the part of Friday Hoops that often matters just as much as the basketball.

Not a league

Basketball built for people who still love the game.

Friday Hoops isn't a competitive league, an academy or elite coaching. It's structured social basketball for adults: you warm up, work on skills, play a light social game, then connect over coffee.

  • Warm up properly before anything gets serious
  • Work on shooting, passing and movement
  • Play a light social game where everyone gets involved
  • Connect afterwards over coffee

Warm up. Train. Play. Grab a coffee. Come back next Friday.

Returning players

Still love basketball? Your body may have some notes.

Plenty of Friday Hoops players are coming back to the game after years away. Others never stopped, but don't want to walk through the door and go straight into full-speed basketball at 6am.

So we build into it. Warm up, then training, then game play. It's a smarter way to play, and honestly a more enjoyable one.

Basketball. Coffee. Connection.

Move. Connect. Belong.

01

Move

Get active and keep playing the game you love, without exercise feeling like another job.

02

Connect

Basketball makes meeting people easier. Conversation happens naturally on court and over coffee afterwards.

03

Belong

Keep turning up and teammates become mates, and Friday Hoops becomes part of your week.
